Thanks to Eman( Aqual Cool ) for writing While They?re Dying?

I started by writing a comment when it got really long I thought I might write here:

I'm happy that you're writing about something that we face everyday. You're talking about the mentalities of people. While I agree on the problem, and all the details. I don't agree on the last paragraph.

We have been talking about this for years, and I believe it's getting better most of the times, sometimes society is getting worse.

I believe the way to change all of this is by doing something, It's educated people who need to do the change. We can only change if we really work hard on it, educate our people. While that's pretty obvious, here's an explanation of my theory in order to form a better community.

Every person must specialize in at least one field( Computers, marketing, design, music..etc). They should try their best to acheive the highest levels of education and learning. Then they must form some sort of a community, e.g. I consider JoLUG to be a great example. I highly recommend that these communities have an "unofficial" nature for many reasons. Most important reason is the right to make a change. In unofficial communities, anybody could post their opinions and be taken seriously. Make these communities available for everyone, free and open.

We have faced many sick mentalities in JoLUG, but beleive me if you work really hard, the right way, they start to become very effictive and useful. Just love your people, this is what Ghandi did.

First, I thank you for your comment. Yes, to solve this problem all of us should change from within. Because if you work very hard and love someone who doesn't want to accept the change, then all your time and efforts will be wasted. The reason behind this problem is the emptiness and shallow thinking. Therefore, education, as you stated, is one of the most important factors to achieve change. Families, schools, and all of us should play a role in opening the eyes of the ones around us to the real values of life and help them get rid of the bad habits. So your suggestion: working hard, loving others, and education, is the key to solving this problem, which by the way doesn?t contradict my last paragraph, I didn?t mean leaving our people and our problems and keeping ourselves busy with others, I meant, watching others? suffering teaches us to appreciate the peace we?re in and this helps us focus on our being and accept the idea of becoming better people to make a positive change.
