Khalto Om Ehab

This entry is dedicated to Khalto Om ehab. For she is helping me alot while my mom is still in KSA. On Monday she cooked me on of my favorite dishes ever; "Wara' Lsaan

" if you don't know what that is, it's something similiar to "Wara' 3enab/Dawali" But 10x better! Then she helped me wash the dishes and clean the mess. I'm sure khalto would never read this, but I love her and thought I should write about her

Hopefully mom will come back in 10 days. I'm getting thinner by the day. I've had too much noodles,canned food & hotdogs. And oh by the way, Eman Thank you very much for the recipe for single guys it's really good, I prepared it at least 10 times so far You know what's really cool? Just add maple Syrup to the fried toasts and you get something similiar to pancakes.

Oh yeah! Lsayneh is sooo much better than wara2 dawali.. and la'7aneh and za3matoot are also better...

No Linda, I love how lost you are... Are you familiar with wara2 dawali? wara2 3enab? dawali? wara2? no?

yes its all stuffed grape leaves. wara dewali is how the jordanians say it and wara enab is how the lebanese say it. i know what im talking about, i think.
