Metal Concert @ Kimpinski

After probably 4 or 5 years of banning metal concerts in Jordan the concerts are back Too bad i'm not into metal as much as I used to be back then.

There's a concert next Tuesday( 9th Aug ) @ Kimpinski. Two local bands will play there As far As I know; Obituary & Virgin Killer( The name sucks, but I figured out it's just the name of a song for Scoprions). My Buddy Ala Hamdan is the lead guitarest of Obituary, so I'm gonna be there to support him.

my brothers used to go all the time to these concerts, i didnt know they were banned. i just thought people just grew out of the whole metal thing.

u mentioned Obituary and virgin killer ?
man, this isn't metal at all, this is pure hard hard rock, tho u say metal.. there gotta be something else

well.. here in egypt we're filled with metal gigs, and also filled with bullshit, punk, hardcore and newwave :S

also we do black, death and some uncalssified once too

anyways.. never knew that such concerts are blocked in jordan.

keep on rocking.

Banned Metal Concerts?! when ,, Who!!?

hehe... monthly u'll find metal concerts in Books@cafe, Doors, & even Kanabaye!

as for this "concert" its actaully a chain of concerts called (THE BATTLE OF THE BANDS), it already started last week & it will be continuing for the next Coupla weeks,

the idea is 2 bands Are (musically fighting) a time, those "fights" are taking place in Kimpinski, The big fellow, Books@cafe, Old Irish pub, & Champions, & The Final will be in Books@cafe.

Check out Virgin killer, they finally got a vocalist lady (who happens to be a friend of mine) ... U ROCK NINA!

her voice is awesome & orchestratic
