What did google expect? that MS will just let the senior VP of its NLP (natural language programming), speech server, and co-owner of MSN Search to just leave like that to its main competitor.

I think Kai Fu should just sit, wait for a year until the non-compete expires, and then work.

Did you just call Microsoft's CEO a HO? I didn't find that description of him in the article, if indeed existent, point it out. LOL
