Mom called me a minute ago

Mom: Where Are you?
Ammar: At Work.
Mom: Just wanted to tell you be carefull, don't go to Places( haik wella haik ). meaning don't go to possibly targted places by terrorist groups!
Ammar( laughs ): OK, I won't
Mom: And oh by the way, don't eat chicken

your mom is lovely, she gives all the nice advices BUT at the wrong time i guess. esp the one that was for me about flying that was def at the wrong time... we both know why...

thats funny dude..

mom pays international call to tell me that on daily basis, h3h3h3... the irony of it... that she calls always when i truly cant answer but i do,, and she askes same questions and i answer same answers and she always say same prays that allah ywaffegni bla bla bla.. and she crys too

Ha! A few months after 9-11, there was an elevated terrorist alert. My mother-in-law told us not to go to the Wal-Mart in our medium-sized town (Pensacola, Florida, USA). We told her that terrorists likely would aim for somewhere more...populated. She said, "You should see how busy the Wal-Mart here gets [in her small town]!" Mothers are so very funny.
