100 Mugs & cups, 20 Bowls( nothing but noodle spices left there) 50 plates and countless other small things( knives, spoons...etc ), I managed to wash this pile hanging around in the kitchen's sink( with the help of auntie 'Om Ehab') Thanks to Auntie. She wondered why I'm not eating Fruits & Veggies, since they all were rotten when I got back from Syria, and I never had the time to shop for some.
After My aunt went home, I got really excited about doing things. I cooked fettucine! got a HUGE Pepsi bottle and had good romantic dinner with my Laptop.
I want to become a better more active person. So I decided I will go to fix my car tomorrow & Fix the heating System( I got a flu because it broke down last week ). Then, I will go to buy some Fruits & Veggies! But most important is that I'm going to get a hair cut first thing in the morning, and oh yeah fix my cute goatie
Mom will be coming after 10 days. I want to keep the house as clean & neat as possible.

I went along with Zaid & Isam to have coffee at Burgerking, since it's the only place that's open after 1am. As usual we start discussing issues related to Technology; especially OpenSource & Linux.
Zaid Left at probably 2:30, then, me & Isam took a walk in Al madeenah Al monawrah Street. Isam asked me about my current involvments in OpenSource Projects. And it turned into a really interesting discussion, Here's Why OpenSource really matters to ME, apart from the usual stuff you always read over the net.
I'm not a 9-6 programmer, no, programming, computers technolgy and all that are more of a lifestyle & a culture to me. When somebody nicknames me "Geek", I consider it as a compliment! I couldn't find Self Esteem & Challenge in any work developed for my clients. In a couple of minutes I could come out with a really good architecture, and develop a really complex site according to their standards. The clients I worked with are some really high profile clients in the region and abroad, even developing a complete online solution for a major VoIP company was no challenge at all.
I decided this should change, I'm not learning, I'm not satisfied. I started by dedicating my free time to work on opensource projects, state of the art technologies & academic research. OpenSource gave me the challenege I needed, I worked with the best PHP developers in the world. We shared experiences, I learned from them, I tought them, we were all working as a community.
Most OpenSource developers initiate projects to satisfy their needs, needs to be a better programmer, a perfictionest. What OpenSource taught me, would have taken me 10 years to learn.
Currently I'm working with the godfather of HTTP & PHP Security, Chris Shiflett on some research. Chris formed a group of 6 PHP programmers to study the security of web applications. We will be doing lots of experemints, it's really exciting, I always wanted to do research and come out with something useful for the commnity. I hope we will come out with exciting results for people to benefit from.
OpenSource gave me what no other thing was able to give; Self Esteem, satisfaction & great learning oppurtunity. By looking at a well developed opensource application in a couple of days, I learn what the 'darn' university I go to was unable to teach me in 4 years. For this, I will be ever greatful to this great community.

I got a call from Ma'en. And I decided to go to Shehrezad one thousand and one nights. The really thing is that Naseer Shamma, Iraqi musician and Oud Player is part of it. The thing starts after one hour, so I better go and get ready
And the other events I'm looking forward to go to are:
- Tango Flamenco: Those who know me, know how much I'm obsessed with Flamenco and Spanish Culture. This is te reason that got me to learn Spanish!
- Fire of Anatolia: I was watching the TV yesterday(Yes3ed saba7ak) and they played parts of it, It looks amazing!
I'll keep ya posted

I woke up at 9:30, had only 3 hours of sleep. Then I Called a client to cancel the meeting because i'm sick. I walked into the room back again, and i found my mobile on the floor, I picked it up. Guess what? The screen is broken! seems like somebody called me or something, and the vibration made it fall over from the table.
And when I tried to check my email, there was no connectivity, and as usual when you call the ISP, they blame Jordan Telecom. Internet connection was available at 6 pm!
What a day!
